These two training initiatives mark the commencement of our SportsRM User Group Community.
Bringing the User Guide to Life: Onboarding Sessions
Training sessions suited to a new user of SportsRM, or anyone that feels they need a refresher. These sessions will be run every Tuesday and every Thursday from 11am AEST. The format will include some information and then the opportunity to click through your own lab exercises. Each session will be 60-90 minutes and will follow the approach and sequence that we would normally follow when training new users.
Initial Program:- Session 1, Tue Mar 31: Navigation and Finding Records - this is how we would normally start a training day with a look around the SportsRM screens and how to find an Account or a Contact
- Session 2, Thu Apr 2: Advanced Find - Lite! - this is an initial look at the out-of-the-box Advanced Find reporting tool
- Session 3, Tue Apr 7: Working with Accounts - one of the two key records in SportsRM; almost everything we do in SportsRM relates to an Account
- Session 4, Thu Apr 9: Working with Contacts - the "other" key record in SportsRM; Contacts are the people that we communicate and interact with, we host them at events and inspire them with our product
- Session 5, Tue Apr 14: Tracking Emails, Phone Calls, and Notes - working with Activities in SportsRM as a superior way to record, build and share information about your customers
- Session 6, Thus Apr 16: Connections - connecting records to other records to describe relationships
- Session 7, Tues Apr 21: Marketing Lists - information that is added and categorised in SportsRM can be queried to produce Marketing Lists in readiness for digital marketing
- Session 8, Tues Apr 28: Quotes - learn how we initiate a sale in SportsRM, including the relationship with asset/inventory quantities and the sales pipeline
- Session 9, Thur Apr 30: Orders and Invoices - learn how customers and sales staff can create, how staff can modify and cancel Orders, and learn how to manage Invoices
- Session 10, Tues May 12: Events Part 1 - in the first of this 2-part series, learn how Events are created, and take a look at the Pre-Fixture Solution
- Session 11, Thur May 14: Events Part 2 - in the second of this 2-part series, deep-dive on the Events features in SportsRM
- Session 12, Tues May 19: Email Marketing Part 1 - this 2-part series will focus on the main email marketing solution, Click Dimensions; Part 1 will focus on building impressive templates
- Session 13, Thur May 21: Email Marketing Part 2 - this 2-part series will focus on the main email marketing solution, Click Dimensions; Part 2 will focus on sending emails and statistics
- Session 14, Tues May 26: Fulfilment - learn about the three fulfilment features for SportsRM - event-driven, order-driven and asset-driven
- Session 15, Thur May 28: Virtual Functions with Microsoft Teams - learn how to deliver exclusive non-physical experiences to your clients
Advanced SportsRM Sessions: New Features and Process
These sessions are targetted more at a regular user of SportsRM. The objective of these fortnightly sessions (45 minutes from 11:30am AEST, which will assume some pre-existing knowledge and experience, is to demonstrate new or enhanced SportsRM features, along with some commentary and discussion related to process.
Initial Program:- Session 1, Wed Apr 1: Exploring the Support Portal, including the Knoweldgebase, and the Help Forum - these are two components of the JayThom Support Portal which we are looking to grow, to assist and support our users
- Session 2, Wed Apr 15: The Corporate CMS - using SportsRM to manage and puplish content and assets for sale on your Corporate Portal
- Session 3, Wed Apr 29: "Spring" Cleaning, tidying your data - a look at some of the tools and steps for de-duping your SportsRM records
- Session 4, Wed May 13: Community Registration Portal - create free or priced clinics, camps, and one-off events using the Community Portal
- Session 5, Wed May 27: The (RSVP) Send Offer - create sales excitement with the (RSVP) Send Offer; create a deadline for exclusive assets or functions
